3. Can you send me your catalog?

Yes, we have catalogs, could you please tell us what brands and styles are you looking for, then we make the special catalog for you?
 

4. Are your products original?

Yes, all of our products and brands are 100% original. If fake, please just throw away and we will refund you, please don’t worry.
 

5. Do you sell copy,Grade A,B,or C?

Sorry we don’t make copy brands; China Policy is very strict for brand copies. Our brands are very popular on Instagram, Amazon and EBay etc., would you like to check some styles?
 

6. Could you send me the product pictures and video?

Yes, we will offer all high resolution product photos for you, could you please show us the models you need photos?
 

7. Is the watch box free? 

Yes we offer original box together but it needs to be paid by customers, is it okay by your side? You are professional in watch market, you must know our profit is very low, really cannot afford free box, we would like to help you pack well as you request, and print mark or code as you need, really hope this can be helpful. 8. Does the watch come with extra free battery?

Hi dear, as you know we don’t stock batteries, so we need to purchase it as customers request. If for little quantity, the price is very high from battery factory, you know our profit is so low, really cannot afford that. Could you please discuss with your team up to 500pcs, then I can apply for company to purchase for you freely?

18. What is your payment method?

19. Is the watch water-proof?

Yes, all of our products are at least 30M daily water proof. Some models are 50M water proof.
 

20. What is the material of watch case?

Yes, mostly are alloy, do you need stainless steel?
 

21. Will the watch rust?

It will not rust, can last 4-5 years if wear properly.

22. How to adjust the date?
1. The crown is pulled out to the first grid, clockwise bing head adjustment week, counterclockwise bing head adjustment date. 2. The crown is pulled out to second lattice, needle head adjusting and rotating clockwise bing. 3. The adjustment is completed, will push the crown back in situ. 

 

23. How often does the watch need to wing?

In a mechanical watch, the necessary time to wind the spring sufficiently is 8 to 10 hours when the watch is worn on the wrist.When the hands of the watch are not moving, swing the watch 20 to 30 times before using. Avoid setting the date when the watch hand is between 8:00pm ~ 5:00am, since the watch is in a period of time where the date rolls over to the next day.
 

24. Is the mechanical watch 

Mechanical watches have an error of 30 ~ 60 seconds per day, different error depends on different movements, environment and temperature etc. When determining the condition of the mechanical watch regarding whether it is running fast or slow, check the average error of one week, not how many seconds in one day. 
 

25. What can we do if there is water inside the watch?

If there is a little fog, it will dry when we put the watch in a dry environment. If there is still fogging or water inside the watch, we need take the watch to maintenance center to clean it as soon as possible.
 

26. What can we do if the watch stops?

If time stops, please check if it runs out of battery, if so it will walk again after replacing a new battery. 机械表 When the hands of the watch are not moving, swing the watch 20 to 30 times before using. Avoid setting the date when the watch hand is between 8:00pm ~ 5:00am, since the watch is in a period of time where the date rolls over to the next day.
 

27. What is your shipping method?

We have below shipping way:
1. Air express: DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT, 4-7 working days.
2. E-pocket: China Post, Singapore Post etc., 20-40 working days.
3. Air parcel to airport or by sea as customer’s request.
If urgent, we suggest deliver by DHL, which way would you prefer?
 

28. Can you ship my order to China Shipping Agent?

Yes, we can send the products to your China agent. If your agent is in Guangdong province, the shipping freight is free. Could you please send us your agent detailed address and contact information?
 

29. How can I make a return?
Please contact our service team or consultants, we will guide you how to make a return step by step online. Please pack with return item(s) in the original package if possible. Customers have 3 days to return full priced and 7 days to return sale items.
 
30. Are returns and exchanges free of charge?
All shipping freight caused by returns or exchanges needs to be paid by all customers. Please contact our service team or consultants before returning or exchanging the products, thank you very much for your understanding.
